Preparation
I had a big preparation process to develop my summer work that involved a lot of planning and research. My planning involved creating lists of my qualities, experience and limitations. I then went on to turn these into categories for the questions. Furthermore, I proceeded to research Kender and Ebb musicals to find a song and character suitable for my vocal range. From this point, I studied the song ‘Funny Honey’ performed in the musical Chicago. I learnt this by looking at scores and watching the film to develop my character.
Performance
I believe my performance went well this was possibly because of how much preparation I did. Something that I thought went particularly well was the use of drama techniques I portrayed throughout the performance e.g. Facial expression body language; this therefor allowed me to up hold my character. One other thing I was pleased went well was my singing and that I was able to keep on key although I was very nervous. However, there were still a lot of faults in my performance one of which was timing skills towards the end this is something I would like to improve on. Furthermore, I did make a minor mistake in one of my lines witch luckily wasn’t very noticeable but it was something that I was disappointed in.
However, over all I was impressed with my summer work and performance.

Please use spell check our proof read Leah ‘which ‘ vs ‘witch’ and ‘Kander and Ebb ‘ not ‘Kender’. when mentioning in preparation the lists you created show me that way as the assessor i can see the thing we are discussing same for scores. this is only a minor criticism. the content of your writing is good i would put in the high pass low merit range. with more description of items listed above and when mentioning drama techniques listing a few it would move you more solidly into the merit area.
